What counts as a billable success?

A billable success is a successful finalized biometric verification outcome. Checkbox/attestation verifications are not billable and do not count against your included volume. Session starts, failed checks, and abandoned flows are also not billable.

Yes. Checkbox-based age attestations are unlimited on all plans, including Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise. They do not consume your included biometric verification volume and are not subject to overage charges.

Are verification templates for both biometric and checkbox-based verifications included?

Yes. Verification templates are included on all plans. There is no per-plan template limit for either biometric or checkbox-based verifications.

New verification sessions can be blocked until the account returns to good standing. Existing records remain available according to retention policy.

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Scale as your biometric verification volume grows. Overage rates decrease at higher plan tiers. Enterprise plans are available through sales for custom negotiated volume.
